Terms & Conditions – Pro-Clean.ro

Pro-Clean.ro is operated by Tergo Invest S.R.L., headquartered at Str. Nicolae Iorga no. 37, Otopeni, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J20/190/13889409, with CIF 41775500 (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider” or “the Company”).

By accessing the website www.pro-clean.ro and/or placing an online booking, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Pro-Clean.ro provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial spaces, including general cleaning, maintenance, post-renovation cleaning, deep cleaning, and sanitation services, depending on the package selected by the client.

2. Bookings and Appointments

  • Bookings are made exclusively online via the Pro-Clean.ro platform or by direct contact with our team.
  • Confirmation of an appointment is sent by email/SMS.
  • The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the location, time slot, and type of service requested.

3. Schedule and Availability

  • Services are delivered Monday–Saturday, 08:00 – 20:00, depending on team availability.
  • Appointments are respected according to the scheduled time, with a maximum tolerance of 30 minutes. In case of delays, the client will be informed.

4. Service Quality

  • All services are carried out by trained staff, according to Pro-Clean.ro’s internal quality standards.
  • If the client believes the service provided does not meet expectations, a complaint must be made within 24 hours of completion, in order to allow corrective action.

5. Access and Responsibilities

  • The client must provide access for the cleaning staff to the location where the service is performed.
  • Valuables must be stored securely. The Provider is not liable for losses or damages not directly related to the service provided.
  • In case of incidents directly caused by staff negligence, the Provider’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided or to repairing the proven direct damage.

6. Payments

  • Payment for services is made online (card) or by bank transfer, either in advance or immediately after completion, according to the instructions on the website.
  • Invoices will be issued by Tergo Invest S.R.L.
  • Prices displayed on the website include VAT.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
  • For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a fee of 50% of the service value will apply.
  • If the client is not present at the location at the scheduled time, the service will be considered delivered and no refund will be issued.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal data collected is used strictly for booking processing and invoicing.
  • Pro-Clean.ro complies with GDPR legislation and will not share client data with unauthorized third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Provider is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., force majeure, lack of access to premises, unsafe conditions).
  • The Provider’s maximum liability is limited to the value of the booked service.

10. Amendments

Pro-Clean.ro reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. The updated version will be published on the website and will take effect from the date of publication.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled amicably, and if not possible, by the competent Romanian courts.
